Parent Encouragement Program Classes Coming to Burgundy

Friday, April 6, 2018

PEP flyerUPDATE, May 9: Please note that due to a low number of registrations, the May 11-12 bootcamp class has been canceled.

This spring, Burgundy will host the first Alexandria parenting classes led by the Maryland-based Parent Encouragement Program. PEP’s parenting classes seek to help parents understand why kids misbehave, how to use positive discipline, and what to do when you’re stuck. Their two upcoming classes are open to all interested families in the area:

  • Why Don’t My Kids Listen to Me? Monday, April 23, 7-8:30 p.m. in Music Room #1 of The Logan Loft. Free, but registration is required.
  • PEP I Bootcamp: Parenting 5- to 12-year-olds. This class is in two parts: Friday May 11, 6:30-9:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 12, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in Music Room #1 of The Logan Loft. $289 (a 15% discount is available for Burgundy parents with the code PARTNERS18). Registration is required.

Please feel free to share the informational flyer or the Facebook event with friends, neighbors, and local list-servs.
