Auction Update: RSVP Today!
Auction tickets are now available! Get your reservations in early—you won't want to miss this party!
Please help us get ready by sending in an RSVP, yes or no. This is critically important for our logistics and planning, especially the delicious catered dinner courtesy of Stephanie Babin, Michael Babin and Neighborhood Restaurant Group. Anyone who RSVPs prior to midnight on Sunday, February 25 will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 Visa gift card.
In addition to admission tickets, there are raffle tickets and Kids' Creations available for purchase on the registration form. There are two raffles this year: the "Best of the Live" raffle where the winner can pick any item from the live auction, and the Burgundy raffle with 5 great prizes for 5 winners! Kids' Creations are available to purchase for a set price—some projects feature the whole class, some feature each individual child.
If you cannot attend, please note that in the Auction Admission section on the reservation form and then click "submit" at the bottom of the page. Remember, everyone—even those who cannot attend—are welcome to purchase raffle tickets or Kids' Creations. (You don't have to be present to win the raffle, and Kids' Creations can be picked up later.)
New in 2018!
Airborne Admission Ticket Package: A ticket package that helps underwrite the costs of the event, new this year based on parent feedback. For $300, you get two admission tickets and two drink tickets redeemable at the cocktail bar. Thank you for helping us offset costs and raise more money for financial aid!
Proxy bidding option: If you can’t attend but want to get a bidder number so that someone else can bid for you on auction night, you’re now able to do so! Designate a friend as your proxy so you won’t be outbid on your favorite item!
If you have problems registering, please contact email@example.com. Parents, please feel free to invite friends who'd like to get an introduction to the Burgundy community by attending the Auction!
We are still looking for strong arms and able hands to help us set up the auction in the Gym, particularly on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. If you are able to join us, please sign up! Many hands make light work!
There will be hundreds of item descriptions to peruse when we share the catalog during the week before the Auction. Between now and then, Constant Comment will highlight items we think many of you will love!
We love that our community has come together to offer many unique-to-Burgundy items in the silent and live auctions! These include some fantastic experiences that families have donated:
- Minecraft Immersion—1st Grade Sheep Alex Curry and his dad Mark offer a two-hour Minecraft exploration and party in the new MakerSpace room in the Logan Arts & Community Center.
- Summer Lake Barcroft Visit—The McKitrick family offers a chance to soak up the sun and have some lakeside fun at the private Lake Barcroft in Falls Church.
