Additional Services
Burgundy families take advantage of many services and programs on our campus.
Students may participate in after-school sports, clubs, or enrichment activities, take piano or voice lessons, or receive tutoring while parents finish their workday. Some programs require additional fees and/or are offered by independent contractors.
Student Screenings
All new and referred students complete vision, speech, and hearing screening at the beginning of the school year. Parents receive the results of these screenings and any resulting recommendations.
Student Support
Burgundy also employs a student support counselor who, in coordination with our school health coordinator, meets throughout the school year with students regarding age-appropriate developmental topics such as body changes, health and nutrition, and peer relations. The school also offers child social/emotional development meetings, where parents learn about and can discuss the developmental stages of their children.
Feel free to contact the Admissions Office at 703.329.6968 for more information about additional services offered on campus.
